I have a '70 El Camino with stock front disc brakes that needed a bit more stopping power on my recent engine upgrades. Those yellow pads are a great improvement and I could put off buying a big brake kit a little longer!

If you use stock calipers and want to get the most out of your autocross or track brakes, I recommend these pads. At the moment I think the limiting factor is my tires, not the stock brake systems with those pads (1980 Firebird). I drive a BFG TA KDW II 255/40 front and 275/40 rear and can lock up 50-0 tires. If I were to use a better tire like the Dunlop ZII I imagine the braking system would be the limiting factor but for most guys the 2 does from time to time. .

After a few 100km they work really well! They brake much faster than previous O'Reilly pads. I heard a slight creaking when braking lightly at the traffic lights, but nothing particularly bothersome.
