Short mileage best in the braking system

Only 7000 miles driven. I can't believe the time is so short. Good traction, my stock brake pads lasted over 60,000 miles so I had high hopes for them.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • There are new competitors

These pads are "hot rod " brake pads and they last.

These pads are hot rod and hold the brake very well. Only problem is you have to change them every 10,000 miles. Stock pads have exceeded 90,000 as have the last spares before them.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Available in white only

I bought these brake pads to replace my old ones.

I bought these brake pads to replace my old 2013 Honda CR-V LX. I checked the series, the numbers, and everything matches. I checked and rechecked the series. All indications are that it will fit, but it's a lot smaller than those used in my car. Check out the attached image.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Not reliable

Improved braking performance

I replaced the Honda front and rear brake pads on my 2005 Element with these. I have followed the recommended break-in/burn-in procedure to the best of my knowledge and a few hundred miles with these pads seem to have greatly improved my brakes response and stopping power. Even without changing the rotors, I'm very happy with the improved braking performance of the car. I still have to determine the level of brake dust development and the service life, but so far I am satisfied.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Grab it! for brake pads

That bothered me at first. I followed the instructions almost exactly; Heat up, cool down a bit, speed up, slow down, speed up, slow down, etc. By the time I got to the final break-in sequence, they were badly fading from the heat. Let them cool at the grocery store then head home, apparently they sat perfectly on my non-inverted slotted and slotted rotors. Since then they've been working great. The bite and feel are excellent. I'm less concerned about durability than performance, so I'll leave

Pros
  • weight
Cons
  • some defects

Has its ups and downs.

Bought these brake pads for my 2005 Honda CRV (RD5) front and rear. I have used several aftermarket brands as well as OEM Honda brake pads in most cases. These pads were intended to replace the currently available Honda pads, which were audible enough to be heard from a considerable distance. To put it bluntly, these pads have insane traction, which means the pads will dig into your brake drums and actually hold your car. Once you put them on you won't get their incredible stopping powerโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Basically ok but...
