Buy Again - Ninja 300 ABS

I threw them on my Ninja 300 ABS after eating stock pads for 5000 miles. I didn't bother, "break in" just outfitted them and drove. They work well, are quiet and after 1000 miles look much better than stock pads. Will definitely buy again.

see parts for details

Used these to replace the stock rear pads on my 2015 KLR 650. I applied waterproof high temp silicone grease to the back of the pad as well as the mounting pins. The squeak I had from the factory pads has been eliminated. However, they feel different than the originals. They have a higher level of detail than standard pads.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I'm concerned

Great toppings for everyday use.

Used to replace the front pads on my Lifan KPM200. A MILLION TIMES better than factory pads. Perfect for a bike that barely reaches 70. As far as faster, low-displacement bikes go, they seem efficient for commuting, but might inspire a little less confidence on the track.

  • Elegant design

good stopping power

I ride a Kawasaki Ninja 250. I replaced some unknown brake pads that came with the (used) bike - they were worn but still within spec. Doesn't matter! On my daily commute to work, I used to have to slam on the front brake pretty hard going down a freeway exit to come to a full stop at the next intersection. No longer. These pillows are great. Also much cheaper than OEM.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good

Best Initial Bite, 2015 Ninja 300

I have used these pads on other bikes with great results. The Ninja 300 has a plush front brake feel and takes quite a bit of effort to stop quickly on the stock pads. I am planning to switch to braided lines in the future but for now these EBC HH pads have greatly improved my braking performance with a much stronger initial bite. The brakes were bled (they should have been fine) and the rotor was sanded with 320 grit paper and then rubbed with alcohol before the pads were fitted. Highly…

Replaced bearing pads

I have a 2016 Ninja 300 with 12,000 km. Decided to replace the stock pads with these. The installation is self-explanatory, go directly to Google. As for the performance of the pads, make sure to import them so that they are properly seated in the pads. Many websites advise braking and acceleration intervals, but EBC generally recommends being careful when braking for the first few hundred miles. I've ridden about 100 miles with these new pads and can confirm that the initial bite is stronger…

Brakes for Ninja 300

Bought these for my Kawasakai Ninja 300 SE Abs 2013. Compared to stock brakes, that's great. At the highest level. After 1600 miles on stock brakes they are already worn down to 1/8 inch. I personally didn't like the soft stick brakes. So I switched to them, I also switched to ATE Super Blue Dot 4. Now the difference between day and night with those front brakes is AFTER you've braked them. The installation took literally 3 minutes. I did this while the ad was running. 4 screws total, (2) 5mm…

Pros
  • understandable also for the old ones
