I'm working on the Tundra 08. In just 3000 rubles.

Works on Tundra 08. After only 3000 miles they started shaking and shaking. With the right procedures and all, these things still turn into expensive paper scales.

EBC front discs for Tundra

I did a price check and these discs met my expectations. The EBC rotors were mounted on the front of my Toyota Tundra and were quite different from the original factory Toyota rotors. However, I have replaced the pads with original Toyota brake pads. The combination works great.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons

They Didn't Impress Me

I had very high exceptions for the EBC brakes I installed on my 2010 Tundra last year. I bought a complete set of knobbed and slotted rotors along with the "green pads". In the end I think it's a waste of money. The amount of brake dust was enormous. After about 3-4 days of driving, my front wheels turned completely black from the brake dust. After about 6,000 miles I started to feel wear on the rotor. After 12,000 km the front pads were completely worn out. I ended up removing the EBC brake…

Causes steering wobble

My first impressions of this were great, at low speed I had no problems, I started to wobble at 60-75mph, I assumed the weight loss of the wheels was the cause , no how it can be because of these rotors, right? I took it to balance the wheels but it still wobbled. I took it for alignment but still wobbled. Eventually I decided to try new rotors and the wobble was eliminated. These insanely expensive, carefully designed rotors were out of balance. It was an expensive lesson. I ended up switching

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Repair

Here is the result. Don't waste your money on these rotors unless you use yellow spacers. These rotors are needed for friction on the yellow pads. If you buy cheaper slotted and punched rotors you will talk like crazy. These rotors are a mixture of cast iron, nickel and graphite. (Another cause of excessive brake dust). If you're worried about brake dust, don't take them. If you want your brakes to last forever, don't buy them. If like me you have a supercharger, tow 30-foot trailers and like…
