👟 ECCO Men's Biom Hybrid 4 Golf Shoe with Gore-tex Waterproofing Review

I don't normally write reviews but I feel compelled because the Biom 4 shoes are AMAZING. Had previously worn a Pro SL but was looking for a replacement. Tried True Knit Lux (not enough support), MG4 (heel slip), three different Air Max models (narrow), Tour 360 (my second favorite) but ended up liking the Eccos best. The fit is perfect, waterproof and breathable, with excellent grip. I usually wear 10.5 Nike shoes, but I had to use a 9.0-9.5 model with these shoes to get them to walk a bit.

This is the first time I buy uncomfortable Ecco golf shoes. There is a design issue. Once you start going through the first hole in them, the bottom part where the laces start roughly rubs against the base of your big toe. So much so that I wore them 18 holes and the base of both thumbs were completely raw. I have owned at least 10 pairs of Ecco golf shoes and they have been the most comfortable golf shoes ever. I have always given them 5 star ratings. NOT this model. Stay away from it.

I love these shoes! Thought they might have been a little tight out of the box...but after one lap they seem to have stretched perfectly. I think they look great and seem to breathe well for a leather shoe.
