Rise Time for Body & Suspension Raise Kits

High Quality Gasket. This will give you a 3 inch rise in the front. I installed it with Rough Country levers to lock in the geometry. 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 in a new body. I also added a spacer to the new strut assembly. I had to fight them back, but I did it myself. After everything is installed, make sure you do a similarity collapse. With the new strut, RC arms and those spacers, the lift has increased by just over 4 inches. I cut out the limiters at the front and the truck runs very…

The kit is easy to install. I had to pry open the lower arm quite a bit to get the post to the lower arm. I had to loosen the sway bar end links to get additional clearance for installation. But it made the 2wd Tahoe clean 35/55/20 Fall Wild Peak m/t tires. However, I had to trim the inner fender and body panel seam behind the tire to get a full, friction-free turning radius. Looks great. It took me 1.5 hours, a beginner mechanic takes 3.5-4 hours.

I ended up having to remove the forearm from the knuckle and rotate it down to get enough clearance. Using a bottle jack will definitely benefit you here. You need it to push the lower link back up to the steering knuckle and tighten the nut in the ball joint. After tightening the nuts, continue to use the jack to push everything up to seat the…
