Great for gripping, clamping and fixturing applications, 'deep' pot proportions provide excellent performance and stability. 32 pounds pull capacity, measures 1.38" Diameter x 1.18" Height. Can be used up to a maximum operating temperature of 220-Degree C sprayed red finish. Alnico is a family of materials based on the same mix of elements (aluminum, nickel, cobalt and iron). Strong Magnet for Industrial and Scientific Usage

This magnet is a necessity in any industrial AND scientific setting. Through trial and error I found that it provides a strong enough hold for handling heavy materials and easily attaches to any metal surface. Its durability and long lifespan make it worth the investment. However, caution must be taken as it can attract small metal objects which can be hazardous if not properly handled. Overall, I highly recommend this magnet for all material handling needs..

Good Magnet

A good magnet at a good price. Worked fine for my use. You must remove the non-magnetic protective tip from the end or it won't stick to anything. The price has increased by over 300% in one week - wow!
