Looks just as good as the original filter. Please note that this filter in the Ridgeline is directional. One end (one of the short sides) has a plastic side piece on the frame. Align this end (the end with the extra plastic) with the filter housing, entering first and pointing toward the center of the engine. I'm not sure what happens if you don't, but getting it right is easy. Tip: I always mark the mileage and date with a sharpie on the side of the filter to keep track of the install.

The actual installation of the filter was easy, in the filter compartment. Fits my 2016 Acura MDX perfectly. Best of all, no tools are required for installation. I recommend doing this adjustment when the engine is cold to avoid burning yourself. Just a safety note for you.
