I was so excited when I found these because I have industrialized many other pieces of furniture and they would fit well. When they arrived, the wood for the stairs had been felled and splintered. Turning it over I noticed that there were no pre-drilled holes for the hardware. This purchase made me sad. Return to Raven. :(

Good price. I figured there weren't enough screws holding the frame together, but the seller was quick to reply that they put the screws in the frame. After getting this information, it took me about ten minutes to piece it together. Very cute and worth the money! Very good salesman. And I think they update the instructions.

I really like this step stool. I use it to get up on the bed. I gave it a 4 because the darker side was the side I would have on my right, but it had a major flaw without a flaw. The other side looks really good but should have been inspected a little better before shipping. It seems VERY durable and now I really like the other side which is lighter.

Today I received the package and assembled it in 25 minutes. The design is ok but it looks like the corners have been cut off for the final finish. The bottom screws are a bit tricky to install and the four holes on the bottom for the plastic pads aren't properly sealed. I couldn't complete any of them; Thought about returning but eventually left. If they put the finishing touches it will be a great product.

The stool came with screws on the ends of the three metal rods you use to assemble the stool. You have to unscrew them to attach them to the frame. The two screws would not remove, I used the small L shaped tool that came with the kit and immediately removed the inside of the two screws that were too tight. I had to use heavy artillery to finally loosen the bolts. Scratched the paint but eventually got it together. Welding on one of the metal protrusions is also somewhat substandard. It still…
