- Decrease / increase the volume only through the voice assistant or phone. The plastic of the case was quickly scratched. When I took off the ear cushion, it broke, even when I opened the box, the switching board flew off the right earpiece together with the cover, I was very upset. But maybe it's just me, so I put it back in and it's still holding on, I'll probably put it on glue so as not to lose it while running.
