    It works great once you get the hang of it.

    No instructions and description wrong. Does it work well, like one pulse per revolution of the tachometer? Yes. Two things that are important to know. #1, the magnet must have the correct polarity/pole, so double check before sticking or gluing anything. Ask how I know. #2, no instructions and no schematic, but this worked for me. Terminal #1 is your power supply (+) as well as the brown wire from the sensor. #2 is the power supply ground (-). #3 is the blue wire going to the sensor, #4 is not…

    Works as advertised, very good price

    The price is one of the best I've found. There are no instructions, but the Revain pictures have a schematic. This is necessary as the "seal" on the case is almost too small to be seen. Adequate (actually more than sufficient) length of wire is provided. Using this feature is very valuable to me, the previous (factory) min RPM was around 650 RPM. Using this RPM gauge for reference I was able to change the input RPM to bring my min RPM down to the 500 RPM I wanted . I could also see how fast…

    Device was not working, no documentation

    I'll let my photo provide most of the details but I'm very frustrated that I've spent hours trying to figure out this apparently faulty unit. I modified the cable during testing, so I cannot return it. I will buy a competitor product with better documentation.
