It is not recommended to save your money

This product was not advertised, the screen sometimes did not come out, but you could see the screen light, the only way to make it work is to do this to pull screen with force. I have a nice set of JBL speakers and they sounded like crap, I just bought a nice Kenwood and now they sound amazing. Do not recommend this product, save money

Not all functions worked

I received this item and installed it very easily. Everything seemed to work, but I couldn't connect a phone to the Bluetooth. I have never seen this device on a phone and have never seen anything available on this device to connect to. I wanted to contact the seller but couldn't figure out how so I'm sending the unit back. Update: The seller was quick to replace this item and the new unit works great. The value for money is fantastic and the only reason this rating isn't a 5 is the initial…

I was wrong about the product.

I started returning this radio because I didn't think it would work. After LOTS of videos and some thought, I figured out how to install it properly and the thing just came to life. Everything works exactly as described (although the GPS and WiFi antennas were not in the box - I will contact the seller about this). I am not the least bit disappointed with this stereo. Customer service from their website not responding

shipping was great. The product was easy to install considering my specific application needs. If you have an extended bezel and it is not flush with the mounting area this will not work unless you change the mounting method. (94 Isuzu Soldier). Not a lot of instructions but you will probably need to cut the wire end caps to use your own setup for your car model. I tried to contact the seller (EinCar) through their website. They only offer email contact. no cellphone. It is given 1 business day
