Even after reading many reviews saying they would work with my Epson I was still a little nervous about ordering them. When I saw that these were genuine Epson cartridges, my fears dissipated a bit. When they then worked perfectly, I was very relieved and glad that I took the risk.

After receiving a message that these cartridges were "not recognized" I did some research. If you have updated the Epson firmware, you cannot use cartridges from other manufacturers with your printer. This is Epson's fault. However, Ejet should no longer sell these cartridges for Epson printers.

These cartridges are very easy to install and plug directly into the printer. Black color reproduction is excellent, although the colors are a bit paler than branded cartridges. For the price you pay I didn't expect the colors to be perfect. I don't print anything that needs to have perfectly bright colors and I prefer a slightly faded color rather than spending 2 or 3 times more for branded inks. Would buy again!

As we all know, printer ink is expensive and I hate branded prices. These cartridges work just as well as the manufacturers do for a fraction of the cost. Easy to install and good to print. When I first installed my printer, it didn't work, but the printheads were clogged, and it wasn't the cartridges' fault. Once the printheads were clean I put these cartridges back in and they worked like a dream. So before you think they're not working, flush your printheads!

These cartridges offer the same print quality as the branded cartridges for my Epson XP 440 printer. I'm glad I read the reviews and took the risk of remanufacturing buy ink. The installation didn't cause any problems and I saved a lot of money. The package includes a cartridge chip cleaning cloth and a very detailed user manual that also includes troubleshooting information for those who may encounter printer errors when using refurbished or "unofficial" products. I will no longer spend money…

The question at the moment is should I replace the printer (but it doesn't seem old enough) or just try Epson brand black ink. BUT I have always used remanufactured ink in HP and Epson printers. Several problems became apparent when HP died. But there are no other problems with Epson. I've never tried remanufactured inks from this brand - and something about it (just intuition) seemed wrong to me even before I installed it. My intuition is damn good.
