*** January 15, 2021: Update my original review below. If you recently updated your Epson printer software and your cartridges are no longer recognized (the reviewer below for December read this!), contact the company and they will make it right! I emailed the customer support email address on the business card that came with my cartridges. They called me back right away and said yes, they knew Epson had updated their software and the cartridges weren't working anymore. They immediately sent me a whole new set of cartridges. I've already installed the new cartridges and they work perfectly.***—————— In the past I've ordered cartridges from a different brand for my Epson and had to return them because my printer didn't recognize them. (Although they were supposed to be for my model.) These cartridges seem to be working great! I just received them and only printed 3 sheets of decorative labels. If anything changes, I will correct my rating.
