Ekena Millwork COL03X03X35KERW Cabinet Rubberwood Review

We bought these legs to add to our downstairs entertainment center and are very pleased with the results! We ordered rubberwood knowing it would be varnished, so we didn't need the texture or character of the wood. The material is very durable and can easily be used as a bearing support if necessary. The furniture company was charging $700 PER FOOT, if we order through them I was able to reproduce the look for a fraction of the cost.

After looking around the major hardware stores I found them at half price at Revain! Came in two days! If I ordered from the hardware store, it would take almost 2 weeks! They arrived in perfect condition. They are solid wood and work great. We had to trim the length as they were a bit big for our stand height island. We bought the rubber tree version. They were easily colored in Ebony with MinWax PolyShades.

I bought 2 frames, they came packed in large boxes with foam around the frames and brown paper in the remaining box space so they rattle and have minor damage here and there. One mail was visibly damaged (brick included) before packing, they were sent that way. As they are in the painting process I can fix them but it is not necessary. Please also add a way to solve the problems. The only options I've listed are to return them or leave feedback.

Perfect for our granite island. Arrived well packaged - the outer box was quite damaged but the table leg was wrapped in thick protective foam on the inside. I have the rubberwood version - it looked fine unpainted, but we painted it white to match the rest of the kitchen. The 3.75" version is very strong - our contractor was able to drill and insert a threaded rod so it can be screwed into the floor - great for adding extra support to a heavy countertop. and pretty.

We built an island in the kitchen with our own hands. We bought standard cabinets and surfaces and built an island with a ledge to sit on. We needed two legs to support the huge granite slab. I looked at home goods store websites and everything was 2 weeks and more under the order. These are exactly the same as what I saw on their websites, only I received them in two days and for less! We ended up sanding them lightly, painting them with a primer (Zinsser 1-2-3) and then painting them in Satin

Ordered these 5" x 5" columns to complete a kitchen island project for a client before Christmas. It was good value for money and they have a clean look. I was on site to receive this order from UPS, the box they were shipped in was 3 times larger than needed and they were loose and not tied together to avoid movement. I opened the box and saw that they were simply wrapped in plastic and lay loose in a cardboard box. Immediately saw the damage before the plastic was removed. Now the dilemma of…
