Not exactly sized for wrenches

The 1.5mm screwdriver in my kit is much larger than 2mm. I had a ste for a few months and never needed it until I needed it and then it's FUBAR.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Cheap junk best in wrenches

I am a professional mechanic and have a lot of tools that I bought for the RC car hobby. The first set came badly bent, the second one was sent slightly bent but I was able to bend them straight, the fact that I can bend them shows how soft the metal is. CHEAP CHARACTER.

Pros
  • Heavy duty finish
Cons
  • Legacy model

Not great with hand tools

If you need a lot of torque, they probably aren't for you. The racquet is not well attached to the handle. One of them has already come loose, so the bit is spinning in the handle. I haven't checked if I can get it to paste it again. The metal doesn't feel very hard either, they'll probably snap off fairly easily.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Zero

Pretty good for the price

I needed a very small set for those rare occasions after 7pm on a Saturday night when I was working with small optics. You know. Those awful moments when you come across a weird hex bolt with oversized standard hex wrenches. This set fits the bill. The plastic case they come in is worthless but the drivers are nice and do their job.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Ok

Best tools for tiny hex screws

For extra small screws they are the best. If you're stuck at work because your regular set of allen wrenches aren't small enough, that's great. Even tiny screwdrivers are strong enough for the toughest, tightest screws. I was able to fix the binoculars with the screws glued on. A cheaper tool would have the hex tip bent or broken. They aren't cheap. But if they're the tool you need, that's the price between success and failure.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Not what I expected from "Made in USA "

At best they are below average. I was looking for a quality set of heavy duty hex screwdrivers and came across these. Upon receipt I was so disappointed my time and money wasted. They advertised "Made in the USA" so I was all for them. They are very cheap drivers. The shape of the handle is terrible and the back doesn't rotate like it should when squeezed. There are numerous sharp plugs from the molding process. The smaller shafts are flexible and will undoubtedly bend without much effort. None

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • The list would be long.

Good quality product, hard to beat the price!

This is a well made tool. I like the length of the shaft and the large grip. The only thing I don't like is that the hex shank only tapers down to screwdriver size in the last few millimeters, making it impossible to straighten a new tip once it's worn out. Some manufacturers of torx and hex screwdrivers leave enough length for dressing. That's what I expected from a reputable company like Eklind. I have had very few complaints about my Eklind tools over the years.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Screwdriver set 7 missing not 8 for the second time

This is my second attempt to get this set of 8 but I always only get 7 in the package as you can see in the photo so be yours careful. The first set arrived and turned out to be a return as the label was missing at the top. I also got the standard set and they came with a label so I figured the metric set would probably be a throwback. I won't be ordering a third set, I was happy to support an American company but disappointed with the overall quality and construction for the price.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Good enough for occasional use but with a rather bad design flaw

I needed a 0.9mm allen wrench for an RC car gear grub bolt and thought I'd get it for general use buy it if it is suitable. In general, they will get the job done as long as it's not too strenuous or critical. The alloy and plastic finishes aren't great, but are on par with what you'd expect from a set this cheap. The size of the bit is stamped on the end of the handle, which is very convenient. The only major complaint I have is that the actual milled portion of the shank (where the hex bit is

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Concise instructions
