I like that it is so easy to navigate through this system, there are many features built into one program which makes my job easier! It has been very helpful for me because we have not had any problems with our previous software (Cerner) but since switching over everything seems just "off". Its easy to navigate, it is user friendly with multiple screens for each department/service you want access too! The search function works great when searching by specific information such an ICD number or procedure code etc.. It also has many other features that are not available anywhere else but can be configured if needed (such like billing codes). There isn't anything really i dislike about this software although sometimes there may seem some lag time between inputting new data into one…

I like that it has an easy to use interface, is very customizable and allows you to create reports using the search function. It takes some time to learn how to use all the features, but once you do, it's great! We've been able to use this software to find patients quickly, even when they aren't in our system yet. I also enjoy that I can write notes and send them directly into the EMR for the doctor to see. The only thing I dislike about the app is that sometimes the search feature doesn't work
