Not stretchy enough for sewing

As my tests showed, the elastic securing earloops are too stiff and inflexible to be used in sewing projects. The elastic was difficult to maneuver and didn`t stretch enough to fit comfortably..

Poor service and product

I am asking for a refund and have sent the product back. Was replaced with the same inferior product. I want the product as shown in my order. I received a lot which was ok now they ship it rolled up. I make thousands of masks and can't cut one at a time. The item delivered did not match the order.
