I like how it is easy to use and manage. I have used this software for many years now and never had any problems with it. I have also used other similar softwares but they were too complicated to use and not very user friendly. This one however is very simple to use and has a lot of features. The best thing about this software is it's easy navigation through different languages at ease without any hassle or confusion. I have used many softwares in my previous jobs but nothing comes close to this one for sure! Nothing really bad with them so far though they could improve their customer support services by giving live chat facility during working hours (evenings) which would be awesome definitely!! They should also make some more improvements like adding new language packs easily etc.

The flexibility is amazing! I have been able translate from English into Spanish several times (and vice versa). Even when some words seem similar in both languages they can be translated differently - so it helps me learn about nuances between different cultures/regions too. Plus you get instant feedback once finished which makes things easier for corrections where needed without needing two translations back & forth or one person doing them separately with no shared notes / communication etc;
