Good for polishing dice

I bought this as an inexpensive way to polish handmade resin dice faster. It's quite small but I found it very effective. If you have dexterity issues this little wheel can be tricky to use, but I think it's a great option for hobbyists.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Appearance

Vibrates and moves uncontrollably.

Trying to make a small vase. I didn't like how the potter's wheel vibrated and moved. When it's low it doesn't move too much, but you almost can't press it or it will stall. If you turn it all the way out, then it will vibrate so much and won't stand still, and then the water will fly everywhere.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Matching

This isn't a ceramic turntable like I thought it would be. This is a rotating stand for painting spiral patterns on ceramics or other objects. He is neither durable nor strong. He is thin and small. But it looks cool and compact. If you want to paint swirling/wavy stripes on a vase or mug, this is for you.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

It doesn't work for us

Likes: entertains while making pottery. Dislikes: Uff. nothing can be done! We have tried several air dried clays and they all fly away! It makes a crazy mess and shakes if too much clay is put in it. You need to put a small amount of clay in the center. We've used it twice since we bought it and my whole family has tried it and we all had fun massaging the tone but couldn't really do anything.

Pros
  • Ceramics and pottery
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Unbalanced - Swings

Bought this to try and get back into ceramics. I thought it would be good for making small things like bud vases and ring bowls. However, the disc is unbalanced, meaning you can never center your tone perfectly. If you can't center the clay properly, you won't be able to make the finished product. It will warp and wobble and eventually detach from the base. It's possible I received a bad block, so I can try returning it and see if the second one is defective. But at the moment I can't recommend

Pros
  • Pottery Wheels and Accessories
Cons
  • Out of Style

Decent but poor shipping quality

Nice little pottery wheel but the lid and side were a little wrinkled when I first took it out of the box. There was no original packaging, just the steering wheel and power/speed plug, both wrapped in bubble wrap, so I'm guessing it was dented before it was bubble wrapped, meaning whoever sent it in knew that the wheel which had cosmetic damage. But the damage is only cosmetic, but otherwise it works well. The quality of the steering wheel itself is normal, with minor flaws. First, the wheel…

Pros
  • Kraft
Cons
