After activating my arthritis and wearing a brace for a week, I decided I needed to get a can opener for someone with arthritis in their hands and wrists. I'm happy to say it was perfect for my specific needs. Easy to use, clean and doesn't require much work on my part. It's worth the investment to keep me from seeing doctors for arthritis pain.

This bottle opener is awesome! So many jars I couldn't open due to the arthritis in my hand. I tried so many other devices but I still needed power so I couldn't do it. I saw it and didn't know if it would really work. does! So easy! Just place it on the lid and press the button, wait for it to click, hold the jar and BAM! Opens immediately! Definitely 5 stars.

Okay, at 30 there's only one thing I'm having trouble opening and that's this Frog Ranch Salsa... It's worth noting that it's not in included with your standard bank cylinder; it has more of a cuboid shape. However, this salsa was the only thing I needed it for and I seem to be having trouble getting it to work. My dad let him work there once (1 try out of 2) but I'm 0 out of 4.

Bought for my mother in law who recently had a stroke and thought it would give her some independence in the kitchen (she is only 48). article is out. So if they could set up stop and reset functions instead of going through the whole reset process and it spins with nothing underneath

I used to use a custom made can opener - a manual one - that served my purpose of opening hard-to-open cans. However, the one I've been using for years broke, so I replaced it with a 'modern' one with hinges to fit almost any jar. This one was useless so I would replace it with this automatic can opener. I'm in my 70s with arthritis in my hands and I find it difficult to open jars at best, especially ones larger than the palm of my hand. It's battery operated, very easy to use and doesn't touch
