Not Worth the Investment

This automotive part DID not live up to its promise .After I put it to the test, it quickly failed to function properly. The one pro is that it was easy to install, but that's about it. The cons are numerous - it's unreliable, inefficient, and not at all worth the price tag. Don't waste your money on this product..

Fits perfectly on a 1993 International 4700 truck.

Larger than stock but fits and has enough power. Smooth bearings and strong enough to pull on straps. Good replacement. If you're buying a diesel truck, get an alternator that's designed for the purpose (like this one). Remember gas engines are designed for higher RPM's - you need an alternator (like this one) that will deliver the charge current at lower RPM's - my truck idles at 650 RPM. Application: 1993 International 4700 (fits all 4000 -Series) 26-foot van with DTA 360 diesel engine.
