Works like a champion

just installed today, works like a champion, looks pretty close to the original (unless you know it's a replacement it won't catch your attention at all), good price and solved my problem with no gas or miles showing in my 2004 search.

Did everything myself

works great. Look out for YouTube videos the other guy made. The tape on this thing is MUCH worse than the old one. I thought I broke it, but it's not. And to think Dad wouldn't even show me how to change the oil. Look who knows more now, papa.me!

My only gripe with this is that the pins on the tape are much stiffer than the OEM ones, causing the tape to protrude 3/8" off the board. This complicates installation as you can't bend the tape 90 degrees and if you do you can't get it back. It is very difficult to return it. I understand the return policy for a damaged product, but when you have a product that is so easily damaged, there should be better and clearer…
