This type of packaging is the worst! You will see it often in big box stores and trying to remove the plastic, you will either cut yourself or the product, in this case it was the latter. I did not know that I needed multiple size options for cutting boards but now I know better. Having the option to downsize my cutting board leaves me with less clean up after the fact and since all of the boards have the juice grooves, I can pick any of them for all of my needs. I got this set for the cutting boards, and I just consider the included knife a bonus/spare because I have a set that I prefer to use. The three sizes are just about perfect for most jobs, and the non slip rubber does a great job of keeping the boards in place during use. I always hand wash my cutting boards, so I can't speak for the dishwasher safe claims. All in all a good product, would recommend.

This is a really nice set of cutting boards. Different sizes are great for different items you are using for. Meat, poultry, vegetables or fruits. Easy to clean in the sink or dishwasher. There’s also an included knife and sheath with it for easy storage after use. All in all a great set to have in the kitchen or as a gift for a friend or family member.

These are pretty nice. They have grippy rubber corners so they stay in place reasonably well and the knife was a nice inclusion. Pretty sharp and it's a great set to keep together.

I like the different sizes as they provide an option that matches my needs at the time.I did use the knife to give it a test. It cut just fine. I still prefer the knives I have used for years. The boards have 3 sizes. None of them are very big, even the largest one, but it fits my needs nicely. The boards are not super thick so it saves a lot of space while storing. I wasn’t too impressed with the knife but it’s okay for a spare knife to keep handy. All of it is very easy to clean and I’m happy overall
