Good work! fits Shocks

I think these were some of the cheapest Amazon straighteners I could find at the time. They were easy to install and seem to hold up well to normal bike touring.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Very well made for shock absorbers, struts and suspension

Much better than reusing poor quality mounting bolts/rods or those that come with most new shock absorbers. Eventually the inner shell wears out and there is an annoying rumble from the shock absorber. 3000 km driven, no problems.

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Expensive

Will not work on my 99 XJ Sport Cherokee with a factory D30 HP axle.

I don't know how others get this part to work on their Cherokee. enough room for the screw to push fully against the part, not to mention the lock nut that fits in that space. I would have to use a plasma cutter and round off the factory mounting hole on the axle so it sits farther from the axle metal it is in contact with. What a stupid design. You could shift the mounting holes a bit. to fix this problem. Putting the bolt head in the rear is enough, but then I would have to remove the factory

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Poor instructions
