A simple extension cord that I use for my daughter's desk and electronics. However, as another buyer mentioned, you really only want to connect one USB device at a time. I tried charging 2 phones at the same time and they both made chiming noises like they were firing every 20 seconds. As soon as I disconnected a device, the sound stopped.

I have ordered two of these devices. One works, the other doesn't. It's weird because the one that doesn't work *might* work 20% of the time. Otherwise, no action you can take (be it reboot or disconnect and wait a few hours or whatever) will get the device working. Great extension cord. Minus the buzz. I'd give this five stars, but I recommend not putting an outlet near your head where you could hear the power hum through the strip. Sometimes I can be a light sleeper and when I finally go to bed and turn everything off, I have an extension cord by my bed to charge my phone and what not and I hear an audible buzz when it's in use.
