Many reviews say there are no hooks. You definitely missed them in the corner of the box. I only knew this because of the warnings of some reviewers. Check carefully. Still a fun game

This was a great gift for my grandson but when he took it out of the box I was horrified to find there were no rings! Rings had to be ordered separately for an additional charge.

We argued about ordering a small one but I'm glad I went for a big one - I think the game will come with it a small size may be too difficult. Birthday present for a 13 year old - hanging in our "playroom". The whole family played it every night. Excellent quality - very important. If you order an extra set of rings (I did), pay attention to the size - the rings that come with the kit are larger and the interchangeable ones are smaller, which can be more difficult to use (haven't tried it yet).

The game is made of high quality wood. It's not a lightweight wood, which is good, and it's convenient to carry. The hooks are threaded on the end, the holes in the board are tapped so the hooks screw into the wood for stability. We hung the board on the wall with a hook on the back of the board. Such a fun family game. Gave this to my husband for Christmas and our 2 and 5 year old girls love it as much as we do. Was glad that as other reviewers have said the rings leave no mark on the walls at all so we hung them indoors. And its clean and aesthetically pleasing look means we can hang it in the center of our dining area, which means we end up playing spontaneously because it's right there in plain sight. Very happy with the gift selection and highly recommend!
