The lock arrived with dents and a deformed lip. Not sure if the dents are purely cosmetic or if they could cause the locker to malfunction.

Well Packaged Check your Eaton application before ordering. It says it doesn't fit my application but it's the correct part number I need.

Used to replace other brand blockers in a 2008 Wrangler Unlimited that no longer works. Provide excellent traction on the trails here in Arizona. This jeep is only used for moderate trails so I can't confirm how they perform on hard climbs.

The box arrived intact but the cabinet itself was VERY poorly packaged by the manufacturer. Very weak hold and no foam protection. The metal tab is broken in the locker stator assembly and the actuator switch is broken into pieces in a plastic bag. The box was sealed at the factory, so it's a manufacturer issue. I called Eaton, they offered to send replacement parts. I decided to send it back and order another one. I won't give them a third chance, so better let the next one stay intact!

What I liked was the price and the product. What I didn't like is that it arrived damaged. The switch was crushed by different movements in the OEM indicator box. It was not double boxed or padded differently than the original box. The good news is that I called EATON Automotive Support and they sent me a new switch and wiring harness for free. The EATON support rep made sure to tell me that "EATON Store" on Revain is not part of the EATON corporation. I could send it back to Revain but I have…
