I like how clean the interface is and how easy it is to use. I also like the way it is able to pull out all my data from my email account. I dislike how it can take so long to pull up the information that I want. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for it to pull up the information, and then it is sometimes hard to find a specific email. The dashboard has a lot of features, it's easy to use and really great at reporting. I've been using this service for about 3 months now and had no problems. If i could think of anything that i would like to change it would be the design. It can be sometimes confusing because you have to click several times in order to access some of the graphs. It's free, which I love! The ability to view your open rates (among other things), as well as senders/recipients of emails you have sent in the past are both very useful. Also, it has some great integrations with Mailchimp - so if there was anything that we needed help with, they were able to point us in the right direction.
