Installed late summer and still enjoying it

Outdoor porch installation. I installed it towards the end of the summer and have enjoyed it so far. It will be interesting to see how he overwinters. Will run it from time to time to keep things moving.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other options

Calm. Effective. Attractive.

love it! It blows a lot of air, it's completely silent. A bit tricky to install, we both had to hold position while being attached to the ceiling. Very attractive, just what we wanted. Arrived early.

Pros
  • always liked
Cons
  • unreliable

Easy installation very quiet

All installation instructions were very clear and made installation easy. Once installed, the fans work well without hesitation and very quietly. This fan is a huge improvement over the one it replaced.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Weak set

INDEED!?!? SHAFT 1/2” DOWN?

I'm not a fan of products that deviate from "industry standards" without warning. There was no mention of a 1/2" bottom stem. I would have never thought to check this as 99% of the fans seem to have this and every fan I've installed definitely had a 3/4" bottom stem Oooooh, when I went to both Home Depot and Lowe to find a longer rod, you know what? Like that! Never had 1/2" rods before and I mean they always come in stock. Combine that with the lack of literature in the package and I'm…

Absolute rubbish! I installed two of these under our indoor gazebo.

Complete nonsense! Installed two of these under our indoor patio gazebo. One of them broke off all but one of the blades, and the other broke off two blades. They were only installed 2 months ago and apart from being turned on to make sure they are working properly they have never been used. They might be fine as an indoor fan, but certainly not for the outdoor use they're supposedly designed for. The absolute worst purchase we have ever made!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Looks good, circulates well in our 3 season room

I installed this fan in our 14 x 20 foot 3 season room. We didn't need a decorative or ornate fan; We just wanted the fan to look good and be well built. And because we have lights in the ceiling of the room, we didn't need a fan and light combination. This fan meets all requirements. Our 3 season room is only one story up but has a vaulted ceiling (see my photos) so we had to buy a 24 inch pole to lower the fan so it wasn't too high. above ground and to provide clearance between blades and…

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
