Empty Balm Tubes Clear Transparent Review

These tubes are of lower quality than others I have purchased. The plastic gives when you squeeze it between your fingers, which can cause the lip balm to warp. The tubes themselves are also shorter than other brands I've bought and the labels I have don't fit them (I've never had an issue with lip balm labels that fit tubes and have bought several brands of tubes). I tried this product while looking for a replacement because my current supplier decided to drastically increase their prices, which drastically cut my profit. Good lifting mechanism, solid seems to have a guide rail to hold it in place and no twisting issues. Cons: The lift mechanism doesn't go all the way down so the tube SEEMS to have less product in it, but they are a bit wider than the other tube I used so maybe it's not really smaller. later UPDATE: So I decided to try a second shot and use up the remaining tubes. This time I noticed the knob was loose on all of them so I tightened them to the right as if closing them more. This seems to have done the trick. So instead of twisting them to lift them like when you want to apply lip balm; Twist to the right (opposite direction) as if you were closing the balm to put the cap back on. Firstly - I received these on 3/10/20 - THEY DO NOT LEAK. I don't know if they changed the hoses or if people had problems, but I purposely took three straight out of the bag (without turning the bottom or anything) to see if it was leaking and none of them leaked . Btw if you ever have this problem make sure the tubes are fully rolled up as sometimes they curl up a bit and it creates a mess. I recommend using plastic syringes to fill them, you can get a large pack for around $10-15 on Amazon…
