Great system for medical records documentation

I like how easy it is to use this system for my work place! It's very user friendly and helps me keep track of all patient information in one location which makes things easier when sending out bills or communicating with insurance companies. I dislike having to reenter data over and over again if there are errors made during inputting new info into an order (such as medication). This can be frustrating at times but overall it does help organize your medical records so you don't have to search…

Easy-to read medical record with great connectivity

I like how it's easy to customize for my needs; as well can be used by other doctors in our group (we are all primary care physicians). It is not user friendly at times so you have do some learning before using this software but once its set up your able t ouse very easily! We use EmR 4 MD mostly in conjunction w/my practice manager who also uses an iPad app called Practice Fusion which syncs perfectly together allowing me access from any computer or where ever i am while working remotely via…
