I like how easy it is to get started with by just adding in what you need for your event from day one, through set up! It really took away all of my headache about audio equipment as i was able to have everything already there when they arrived ready to be used at our wedding reception! It is easy to use, it has all of my financial reports in one place for quick access via links or searches I can find what information will help me make business decisions quickly without having to run around looking through multiple files manually! Also, they are always very helpful with any questions that come up regarding their software as well as providing training if needed. I love that all of our accounting information is stored in one system so we can access it from anywhere at any time. It's easy to use for everyone, no matter what their level of experience or knowledge. The only downside would be if you don't like using computers this isn't necessarily ideal because everything has been done through online platforms which are not user friendly (even though they have added features over recent years).
