Loved it when I first got it. Insert batteries and it works like the original remote control. It stopped working after 20 days, replaced batteries, still not working. Very disappointed!

The one that came with the TV no longer works. We bought this as a replacement and it works great. UPDATE: It stopped working after about a year so we ordered another one and the new one doesn't work at all.

It was a pleasant surprise to find the remote control model number on the old remote control and it is easy to find on the replacement remote control. So there was no doubt that I ordered a "replacement" remote control.

Works great compared to the original, feels very cheap and I really have to press the buttons every time. Other than that, it works right out of the box. Good replacement.

The first one died. The second worked, but with buttons, so I had to press so hard my fingers hurt. Then I got a third one from another seller and it ended up working great. You can see what the infrared beam looks like by opening the phone camera, pointing it at the lens and pressing the buttons on the remote control.

First liked it. Excellent replacement for the original which had one of the buttons broken. But it didn't work for two months. The volume, bottom buttons (the ones that control applications) and the power button work fine, but the rest doesn't. Navigation keys are useless! I changed the batteries without much hope that this would fix anything. Turns out this actually solved the problem for a few days but then returned to the same problem.
