I like that it's customizable, you can change almost everything about your system to fit what is important for YOUR needs! I like that it is easy to use, all of our departments are able work together in one system which makes for more efficient communication between them as well! It can be very confusing at first but once you get used too its not hard anymore so don't worry about this problem when using enCompasR routing!! The only thing i dislike sometimes with their customer service department (which they do have)is how long some people take before responding or even answering your question if someone else…

The most important thing I like about this product is that it has all of my accounting needs in one place, which makes things much easier for me as an accountant myself! It's not very user friendly or intuitive at first glance - if you're used to other products such as Quickbooks then there will be some learning curve with how everything works here but once your familiarized with their system they are great people who help when needed. Their customer service was also excellent so far we've had
