The item says it comes in a 'wooden' box which wood helps prevent rusting and oxidation of the bare metal but they come in a cheap plastic holder. Just another pruning scheme to boost profits.
Reasonable price for a seemingly decent product. But packed in the original supplier's box, the knives rattled in the box during transport, with the blades rattling against each other. Absolutely not suitable for cutting tools.
The 1/8 end mill was very sharp and very strong but the 3/16 end mill was not very sharp at all. It simply pushes the material away instead of cutting (spindle speed 2800 rpm).
I use them on aluminum and they cut very well. On one of my first tests, I accidentally tripped over a steel nut I was using to attach the vise to the table and it cut right through without blunting or causing any problems. (Yes, I'm a bit new to editing.)
