Disappointing Automotive Suspension Product

The Energy Suspension 3 2126G CHEVY SHACKLE was a huge letdown for me. As a loyal customer of this brand, I was expecting so much more from this product in terms of performance parts for struts and suspension. As a result of my tests, I determined that it did not live up to its promises.

Pros
  • The product is made out of strong materials that appear to be durable.
Cons
  • The installation process was confusing and the end result didn't give the desired improvement in performance. The suspension felt stiff and did not offer the expected level of support.

Correct diameter for an early Ford Falcon, just cut to length.

This is the correct spring size for an early (1960-1963) Ford Falcon or Ranchero. They're too wide, but if you cut off about 1/2 inch with a bandsaw you should be fine.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Works much better than rubber bushings

Much easier to install than OEM type rubber bushings, less deformation under load and no wear. And I never heard the Energy Suspension squeak, including two sets of control arm bushings.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive
