New polyurethane body mounts, slightly larger than the factory mounts that came with the 1997 Ford Expedition. Seems very easy. For new mounts I find new mounting hardware as the original hardware cannot be used twice due to the torque ratings and age of the OEM hardware. Looks good, I'm curious how it looks after installation.

Polymer bushings are like bushings for life. Taking off the old ones was a nightmare. I highly recommend buying new screws before attempting this work. If they are rusty, it will take all day to take them off. My 1999 Ford Expedition 4x4 no longer squeaks from old rubber bushings and brackets. You are definitely worth it. Don't replace old tires, replace them with the best possible ones.
