Get rid of the fearsome hesitation Dodge Death

2005 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. The handles are like new. These, in addition to the steering gear stabilizer, eventually solved the problems. Highly recommended

Pros
  • Hands-Free Operation
Cons
  • Something Else

Better steering feel

Installation was easy with a ball joint press or vise, removing the stock press-fit bushings was a hassle. Helps with rudder deflection and swaying at high speed during transition.

Pros
  • Beautiful packaging
Cons
  • The list goes on.

Not for Dodge tie rods

Probably the worst product I have ever bought on a car. They are definitely not made for these trucks, spacers had to be made to even fit. After installation, the truck drives worse than you can imagine

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Expensive

Worth the wait. on Control Levers & Parts

I installed these on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. The fit was exactly as it should be with minimal movement once fitted to the truck. I've always had good luck with Energy Suspension products and expect the same from them.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • some little things

No Separate Death Swing Fix

These parts are an upgrade from the OEM version. If doing this installation yourself, be sure to remove the inner race from the stem after removing the old bushings. The ring may look like part of the bar itself, but they come out. Use a jigsaw with a metal blade and cut out. Also make sure you sand and clean the hole in the stem before installing the new bushings. That alone didn't fix the "death wobble" on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500. The steering has become stiffer, the handling has become…

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Guard
