Description of Energy Suspension 9 6104R SPRING ISOLATOR

High quality. High performance. Professional products. Hyper-Flex replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently.

2007 Sequoia on parts and accessories

Used with KYB mounts and Bilstein 4600 posts Works great and looks better than the KYB rubber isolator. The truck drives well and smoothly.

Pros
  • Patio, Lawn & Garden
Cons
  • Vanish

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Better than stock but still half of what it could be.

For OME 883 springs on Bilstein 5100 shocks and standard 11 year Tacoma KYB upper strut. The urethane could definitely be a lot stiffer, but it was better than the soft isolators found with stay tops. Landing was decent as you slowed down and manually held the isolator in place by decompressing the spring.

Pros
  • Replacement and Replacement Parts
Cons
  • Some Complications

No more cracked rubber spring dampers

I bought these to replace rubber spring dampers when replacing struts and springs. My old insulators rotted and cracked. This can be due to the magnesium chloride defroster as it dries out the rubber and causes cracks. Since Mag-Chloride gets on the road here in the winter, I figured I'd switch to polyurethane spring isolators when building the struts so this doesn't happen again. They were in good shape. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they don't have 3 "steps" to attach 3

Pros
  • Farm and Construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
