Works great on my 2015 Corvette C7 Zo6

Works great on my 2015 Corvette C7 Zo6. Installation is a bit tricky due to the way the airbox is mounted, but it really isn't. The air cleaner seems to have removed some of the idle throttle lag. I have no idea if this resulted in any real performance increase as there was none before or after the dyno runs. Of course something has been added as you can feel the car moving faster.

for my money filter

tried to buy other filters but many reviews said they had problems with installation. Install and align the filter and another 3 minutes to reinstall the parts I removed. Overall it was an easy setup, I immediately felt better throttle response. cheapest filter I found but I can't be wrong I have them in all my other cars. k&n customer for life.

It won't fit. A little more and does not close. I will not cut it just to make it fit.

Does not fit. It's bigger than the original. Aggravating. I bought it ahead of time because I like having things ready when I need them. Now I've realized it won't fit a bit more and I won't trim it to fit. I am very disappointed. Would not recommend this brand to anyone with a high performance car. Toyota or Mazda can probably handle this shit.

Significantly improved initial throttle response

The first mod for the C7 Z51. Significantly improves initial throttle response. Chevy designs the stock filter to limit initial throttle to around 1500 rpm, which increases EPA fuel economy ratings based on testing methodology. Don't hate Chevy for it. CAFE (Total Fuel Economy MFTR) means multi-million dollar taxes for manufacturers. Also, you will need to clean the mass airflow sensor more often, especially after an oil change. CRC spray, I wash every 1000 miles.

Let's my Vette BREATH

I thought about getting a full cold air intake but then I thought they were WAY overpriced and probably won't deliver the HP results they claim. So I decided to upgrade the filter from the trusted name K&N and kept my stock airbox. Up close you can see that K&N is better in every way. Manufactured in the USA where Chevy installs an imported filter on an American sports car. God. The car sounds a bit louder and the throttle response is better. And I saved $400 by not buying a whole new air…
