Decent paddles with 3-star balls

These are really decent paddles for family play time. No complaints. Not the best paddle I have ever used but certainly good for daily play.Control - goodSpin - decentSpeed - adequateDepending on the type of player you are, this paddle might be all you need. You can reference the numbers related to the aspects of this paddle and make a decision based on your strengths. The 6 table tennis balls that come in this pack are 3-star quality. No complaints.

Pros
  • The high-quality materials used in the set make it resistant to wear and tear, ensuring that it will last for years to come
Cons
  • The set may not be suitable for players with grip-related hand injuries

Good starter set good for me

Recommend for someone who just got their first table. I like that it comes with the 3 star balls, rather than the more flimsy 1 star. You might as well start with a good ball. The paddles have a reasonable foam pad and inverted nipples. Once you have been playing and developing a style, you will end up buying a more expensive, and specialized paddle. but you need to first find out what your "style" is. The occasional player will be happy with the set on a long-term basis. When you get…

Pros
  • The set offers excellent value for money, providing you with high-quality equipment at an affordable price
Cons
  • The set may not be suitable for players who prefer certain types of spin

Good price for *very* durable casual player paddles

I paid $33 for these. Price has been fluctuating, make sure you dont pay radically more without checking around. The paddles come with a little sticker with ratings on them for Speed, Spin and Control and they are all around 35-50. I gather that the ratings are from the manufacture, and there is no single uniform scale, so I dont know how much meaningful information this really conveys to a casual player. They play like any other casual use paddles I have ever played with -- of the fullsome…

Pros
  • The set is perfect for players looking to improve their skills and take their game to the next level
Cons
  • The set may not be suitable for players who prefer certain types of balls

Cheap paddles for my opinion

I needed some extra paddles for if I had guests over that wanted to play doubles. I own a few nicer paddles, but it gives them an unfair advantage when playing against these stiga paddles. I would recommend this for beginner players or children who aren't serious about the game. The paddles don't have great feel and you can't put spin and power on the ball due to the rubber quality.Pros+inexpensive+comes with 3 star balls+Feels comfortable in handCons-Cheap-Aren't meant for performanceTipsIf…

Pros
  • INCLUDES – USATT approved table tennis set that includes two performance rackets and 3 orange 3-star ITTF regulation size balls (40mm) designed to deliver advanced performance when compared to recreational paddles
Cons
  • The set may not provide enough power for some players

Great paddles for the price

Great paddles for the price. Awesome spin and padding is thick, extra foam is great. Seriously, for price, this is a great deal. It's 40 bucks at Dicks Sporting Goods, so good job yet again for amazon. Only complaint, and minor, is the paddles are light, probably the reason so affordable. But i'll trade the weight for the padding and spin.

Pros
  • The set is perfect for family game nights, parties, and other gatherings
Cons
  • The set may be too heavy to be practical for young or elderly players

Very well made paddle & balls

Love the ping pong table pads and balls we got. We play weekly. The paddles are very sturdy and the balls are nice and bouncy. I thought since it was a packaged set of 4 that it would be a cheap thing. Not so. They are very well made and really sturdy. Very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • The set may not come with a carrying case

Its a good beginners kit

Its a good beginners kit. I like the rubber on the pads in this price. Balls are 3 star kind of. Its a very good kit to start with.

Pros
  • The set is perfect for introducing ping pong to new players, providing them with the equipment they need to start playing
Cons
  • The set may not be designed for players who wish to improve certain skills

Compared to Killerspin JET300 and Butterfly Flail.

Decent set for the price. These don't spin or control the ball nearly as well as a Killerspin JET300, but they are also much lighter than that paddle. I think both the Killerspin JET300 and the Butterfly Flail paddles are much better than these, but my teenage kids like these best because they think the Killerspin JET300 is too heavy, and the Butterfly Flail is too fast (too easy to hit the ball long) for their taste.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • The set might not be suitable for outdoor use

Great paddles in my review

I bought these paddles in place of the cheap ones that came with my table. They work great! I have seen other paddles where the pads start to peel. These ones seem to hold up to the abuse they are getting. We use them for leisure when friends and family come over. The weight is perfect and quality are perfect for what we use it for.

Pros
  • Generally OK, but wonder if I could’ve gotten it cheaper at Walmart, Tar
Cons
  • The weight of the set might make it difficult to play for extended periods of time

Ok for the price. - my new review

I’m a good /great player and felt the paddles would work. They were all someone would or should ask for. Except me. I wanted a paddle soft enough to apply great English and return hard hit balls. Through all of this, I’d buy again and understand it’s limitations.

Pros
  • ‎No
Cons
  • The rackets may not be well-balanced, affecting playability

Insanely cheap, but compared to how springy and grippy the nicer more expensive paddles are, these have almost no spin and the surface is more of a foam than a rubber sheet, and it dampens the ball so severely, you feel really wimpy. For casually competetive play, these are pretty bad. For casual casual doubles play at nerfed speeds and no spin, and at an unbelievable price (i was able to get it for $15), you can try these. Minus the cost of the balls, it was almost free.If you want a budget…

Good quality paddle set

I play recreationally, but I love to get into it. I'm heavy on spin and I play aggressively. These paddles do everything i need. Im no pro, but it was a conveinent set to by and bring with me to my gym in case i want to play with someone. These have the smooth rubber pad with a thin foam cushion layer inbetween the wood. They are not those cheap bumpy ones.

Cons
  • The set may not be compatible with all ping pong tables

Revainrating 3 out of 5

it's light, maybe too light

Consider this review from an entry-level person.I feel there should be more padding layers in the racket. I have to put extra power in my shots and it's harder to make curves this racket.

Pros
  • The rackets and balls are durable and built to last, providing you with endless hours of fun
Cons
  • The set may not be well-balanced, leading to decreased accuracy

Solid Rackets: my feedback

I just started to get my kids into playing table tennis and I still had my old rackets from a decade ago which had seen better days. These are solid paddles and you can get a decent amount of spin. Other reviews knocked that they were not finished/varnished, but I see no issues with that as they are sanded smooth. That might be an issue if being used/stored outside, but inside no issues. Worked great, good price.

Pros
  • STIGA Performance 2 Player Set is a great way to improve your hand-eye coordination and reflexes
Cons
  • The set may not fit easily into smaller storage spaces

Best for beginners: my feedback

This is my first product feedback on revain.I loved this ping pong set as this is what I wanted for as a beginner. I have used it more than 20 days over last two months and it hasn't broken yet/wore off. Over the time I unintentionally banged it few times against the table side and still no issues.I would certainly recommend it to all entry level players. Once you get comfortable with your game, you will realize that it is not what would be preferred by a skilled player (very well aligned with…

Pros
  • The set is perfect for players who love a challenging game and fast-paced action
Cons
  • The set may not be suitable for players who prefer certain types of sound during play

High quality paddles and balls

These paddles work great the the balls are bright so they are easy to see and high quality 3-star balls (much better than other 2 star and 1 star balls). Great product so far.UPDATE: After a couple months of use they are still working well. No complains. These feel like the "middle" of the spectrum of paddle - not super cheap feeling and not high quality, but perfect for beginners.

Pros
  • PERFECT FOR AMATEURS – Created for amateur players looking to challenge their friends and build their table tennis skills
Cons
  • The balls may lose their bounce quickly

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good for beginner but not so for other levels.

Good for beginner with slow speed and very little spin, hence lot of control, but not for someone who has played before. I will have to buy a faster paddle for myself

Pros
  • middle of the road quality and performance. good set for beginners.
Cons
  • The packaging might be too bulky to transport easily

Great starter set in my review

This set is as described and my son is very happy with it. My only complaint is that my son was able to break one of the paddles (on his head) without much pressure. Granted, he shouldn't have been hitting it on his head, but I feel like it should have withstood an 11 year old. I'm still pleased with the purchase and would recommend. The balls it comes with are very nice, tournament style balls.

Pros
  • One of the handles fell apart & had to be glued again. Otherwise they work fine.
Cons
  • The set might not include enough balls for some players

Great value but the balls leave marks on the table

This is a great value for the set so thus 4 stars. I knocked off one star because the balls left marks on my new Joola ping pong table. Joola was not too helpful with suggestions for how to clean up the ball marks without messing up the paint. So be aware if you really value the look of your table, these balls will leave little circle prints all over your table.

Pros
  • ‎2-Player Table Tennis Set
Cons
  • The set might not be suitable for players with sweaty hands

Me and my roommates love using them

Me and my roommates love using them! The quality is insane and these are one of the best paddles I have ever bought for the price point they are selling at. We use them daily and have no complaints!

Pros
  • The orange balls are easy to spot and track, making it easier to play concentrated games
Cons
  • The set may not be suitable for players with certain medical conditions
