Works great on Ender 5 Pro with 2-tooth extruder

If you want to install a two-tooth extruder, you need this version of the stepper motor. It has a longer shaft to carry the longer drive gear. The filament extends 8.5mm from a conventional metal extruder and this adds the required length.

Not the same stepper motor but used stepper motor

I don't know how, but in the box was a short shaft stepper motor (ie the stock Ender 3 extruder with a hob). The extruder gear is still pressed. If that's not too bad, then it was also used. Looks like someone took the right motor, swapped out the extruder motor and put the old one back. Really sucks because I ordered Capricorn PTFE tubing, fittings and a two stage extruder to upgrade my ender. It was all sent in one package.
