I like that it is easy to use for both IT personnel as well as end users. It's very customizable which allows us to create our own templates or workflows when needed without needing an expert developer! The best part of using enQuesta is that they are extremely flexible when it comes to customizations and integrations. I have used other products but nothing compared to enQuesta's level of flexibility. It would be nice if they could give more guidance to those who do not have much experience with this type of software. They really do help you out.
