My kids like these very much. We live in New England and cold winters need warm socks. I bought 2 sets and had no problems. My nephew love it very comfortable.

I've tried stretching after washing but her heel always seems to be under the foot. But I would say they are comfortable and warm. Maybe you just want to increase the size

These socks lasted a few winters. No holes or tears. I wash them cold and then let them air dry. They dry pretty quickly. I accidentally put them in the dryer once and they shrink a bit, but I was able to stretch them out again with no problem. It seems they hold up well enough that even a younger brother can use them.

They shrunk a little while drying, so if you're in doubt about the size, I'd order a size up. She is small now and the kids are growing fast!
