My shop tool said it would fit but when it came and I took the old one it was different. Revain picked it up with no problems but I had to drive 30 miles round trip to the drop off point.

Blue gasket material is thicker than stock so closing airbox cover is slightly more difficult. There is also slightly less material in the filter than in the drain. The rest seems ok. I liked the low price.

I would be interested to see an airflow comparison of this filter versus the stock filter. The wire mesh on this one is quite thick and the mesh can have a major impact on airflow. Compare it to a Motorcraft filter and you can clearly see most of the filter element through the factory filter screen. But now it's installed and working.

This is an Air Filter Replacement. However, if we compare it to the Expedition's air filter, it's smaller than what was on it. So note that there are 2 sizes, one larger (so more filter options) than this OEM product. This one is certainly cheaper, but remember 2 sizes and make your own choices.
