The child likes them :) best in my rating

My 6 year old daughter loves these boots, her first pair of riding boots. They are a bit stiff and I thought her feet would hurt but she walks in them for hours with no discomfort. They are super easy to clean with a damp cloth.

Pros
  • it was a gift
Cons
  • Limited color options

Good price, fast service!

I ordered a size 12 for my 5 year old daughter after reading the reviews they are a bit small. I'm glad I did. You have enough space for her to grow a little.

Pros
  • Excellent quality.
Cons
  • bad line

Excellent boots in my review.

They were recommended by our barn and they are perfect. I'm not afraid of them getting dirty as they are easy to clean. Great shoe to climb into.

Pros
  • Good product. We've been using it for 6 months now and it's great.
Cons
  • Inconsistent quality control

We now have a second pair of these riding boots. They are well made and durable. also comfortable! They are beautifully polished. I highly recommend these boots to young riders. My daughter has been riding in these boots for two years now.

Good price...the best in my rating

They were cheap and I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. They are good for the money and my daughter loves them. She usually wears 12 and I ordered 1 for the grow room. She says they are comfortable and ride well in them, even with the extra room in the toe box.

Pros
  • I love these well made and perfect fits for my young driver.
Cons
  • Not suitable for long wear

Ideal! ...in my rating.

They are perfect for my 5 year old. She wears them to riding lessons every week, they are comfortable and easy to clean. Will buy another pair when she outgrows these.

Pros
  • As expected. Holds up well!
Cons
  • Limited ankle stability

Other reviewers are right about it running.

Other reviewers are correct that they are too small and the zipper is a bit difficult. They are cute and seem well made no matter what. Order one size bigger!

Pros
  • Unfortunately her leg grew this summer and I have to reorder it in 3
Cons
  • not breathable

My granddaughters love them!

I bought two pairs for my granddaughters. They've both worn them to riding lessons about 5 times and so far so good! Both girls say they are comfortable. Time will tell how durable they are.

Pros
  • Nice boots but very, very tight
Cons
  • Very narrow at the ankle. I recommend buying a size or two larger.

Nice look despite artificial leather

I have size 1 for my daughter (10t) and they fit well. Wouldn't buy that size. Nice look despite artificial leather. Very happy!

Pros
  • The zipper is too tight for little fingers. Good boots for everyday use.
Cons
  • Can disrupt the natural alignment of the foot

Good looking ridden shoe for the price

My 3 year old daughter started wearing a size 8, we lived in it for a full year (in black). She even wore the same shoes at her main shows. Blue ribbons! Easy to clean, well made. Can't tell it's not real leather. Now at 4 years in size 10.

Pros
  • Daughter loves to ride!
Cons
  • Difficult to clean

Update: After all, the size isn't that far off.

Update: Turns out the BOX was mislabeled. Not surprisingly, these "size 4" boots fit better in a size 1. They are actually a size 1. At the same time as ordering these boots I ordered another pair of the same boots in a size 3. These were delayed en route but arrived today. I was shocked to see that they were significantly larger than size 4s. On closer inspection, although the packaging clearly states a size 4, the boots are actually marked 1C. So I've updated my rating. They are actually very

Pros
  • Durable riding boots for children. My daughter wears sneakers one size bigger.
Cons
  • limited hold

Great paddock shoes for kids

This is a great entry-level shoe. At first my daughter didn't like them because she wasn't used to ankle boots, but after the usual new clothes breakdown she decided she loved them and wanted to wear them all the time. She is of average build and wears them with regular cotton socks and leggings. As mentioned above, she is very picky about choosing things, so I was very happy when she decided to include her in her life :) She is definitely a size 11, and size 11 fits her perfectly. Will buy…

Pros
  • Great sandals for my daughter. I also bought them for my son. They fit perfectly and are true to size.
Cons
  • Slightly damaged

Good for a 6 year old girl

I ordered for my 6 year old daughter to ride. She usually wears a child size 10 1/2. I ordered 11 of these and they seem to fit well with little room to grow. They look very nice and are easy to clean. She says they are very comfortable. It is easy for her to get up and down herself.

Pros
  • My daughter loves these riding boots!
Cons
  • Low durability

We will exchange them for the correct size.

I had to return them because they were too small, but they were of better quality compared to other entry-level rider paddock boots we've tried. Faux leather, but that's to be expected. Stronger sock than others to protect little feet. Sufficiently thick rubber outsole with enough tread and healing for stirrups. Slip-ons are effective and flat under breeches and chaps.

Pros
  • My 7 year old wanted to take riding lessons. She still loved her.
Cons
  • No sole cushioning

Great value for money

My daughter is just starting to ride horses and I didn't want to spend more than $40 on paddock boots as she would quickly outgrow them. We ordered their size and they (hopefully) have enough room for spring - they fit true to size although a little tight. Easy to put on thanks to the zipper and drawstring. She loves them - we have them in brown which is a lovely colour. They seem to be wearing themselves well after four lessons. Easy to clean. I would buy it again for this daughter but not for

Pros
  • Sturdy and comfortable
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model

Great boots!

My 6 year old daughter loves to ride horses and these are great little boots for beginners. They are well made, easy to put on and take off thanks to the front zip and look really cute. The rubber outsole is non-slip and has a subtle profile structure. The heel is suitable for stirrups but not high enough to walk in. She barely took them off when they arrived which was good to put on and enjoyed them at camp. They seem to be very durable and even though she no longer rides they are nice slip…

Pros
  • Synthetic
Cons
  • Only available in black

Great value, looks great

I wasn't sure if I should order them by size as my child is 3.5 and currently wears 9 year old toddler shoes. I have selected 10 of those listed here and they are perfect for growing and not so big that they don't work. Ideal. They look great for a third of the price of other popular boots. Looks like they're great for weekly classes. I don't expect a replacement to be needed until it outgrows it, but I'll let you know if I run into any problems. great size chart to measure and see what you…

Pros
  • EquiStar sole system
Cons
  • Some little things
