I chose Ergotron's strongest mount for the new Cintiq 27QHD. The mount is rated at just under 40 pounds and the Cintiq weighs just under 20 pounds, so the mount provides good support for the screen. The mount is rigid enough that the screen doesn't move at all or noticeably wobble - I expected the Cintiq to need to be held on a desktop, but found I was able to keep it floating and work on it with ease. Articulation is limited compared to other Ergotron arms, but I prefer stiffness over agility.

UPDATED REVIEW: I bought the Ergotron HX 6 months ago and found the tipper didn't have enough lift to hold the monitor. I submitted a ticket to their support team and after a few months they helped me get a new tilter. That works great! The new tilting mechanism is strong enough for my particularly heavy monitor.
