Looks good, doesn't rattle

They look good, don't rattle because they're solid. good and strong A few years ago I had a pickup that I installed the same ones on. Everything worked great back then and they were exactly what I was looking for. A little pricey but I think it's worth it.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Functionality

Professional performance.

This was my second set. I had them on my last truck which I owned for 20 years. Now I have a 2015 GMC and they were my first purchase. I prefer the outer bearings to the stock inner rings that come from the factory.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • I don't have much to complain about, everything is fine

Excellent value for money cable ties and anchors

Good workmanship, rubber padding is a plus. They "snap" in the lower position and don't rattle. I ordered 4 pairs that require 8 screws per pair. So I needed 32 screws. 31 arrived. Good quality control. But otherwise I'm satisfied. I can buy a self-tapping screw from Home Depot.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Things to know

Commercial grade heavy equipment!

I put these exact time downs on all my trucks! They can take more than I can load! My boys really pull the ropes and we haven't had a single failure in the last 10 years! We transport almost all types of cargo (landscape company) and haul heavy things and tie them down!

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Available in black only

- The rubber should have large holes to act as a bolt seal that I recommend.

This is exactly what I want to mark. The rubber has large holes to act as a bolt seal. I recommend applying sealant after each bolt. Hole. - The snaps use rubber as the inward and outward swing preventer, which is nice, but I've found that the rubber sometimes varies in thickness or doesn't sit properly when they're attached, so it doesn't prevent rocking that much.

  • External accessories

Very happy with these ties

Very happy with these ties. However, I decided to upgrade the screws and took one of the screws and matched it to the most similar stainless steel. The screws supplied with the spikes are self-tapping. So I had to pre-drill the holes with SS screws. I also used polyurethane sealant to secure the spikes when I attached them to the truck bed. Slightly dirty but increases the likelihood of rusting on my truck body from drill holes.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Discontinued

Good hooks for body and trunk accessories

Put them on the sides of the tool box on my F150. Very handy for tying up a kayak, plus the hook set on the bed is covered by a tool box. The rubber grommet that comes with the hooks doesn't cover the 4 small holes that need to be drilled for the mounting screws, so I used caulk. If I had any complaints or suggestions it would be to replace the 4 very small screws that come with the units with slightly larger ones. I don't know how strong these little bolts are, but I would feel safer with…
