Easy to use interface with all customer information that is required for each flight operation. The system works very well when it comes to tracking hours of service and compliance reporting as required by FMCSA regulations. There are some features which could be more user friendly but once I figured them out they were easy enough to do myself without having my dispatcher help me. We have not experienced any issues or complaints from our customers regarding this software since we started using

It's quick to use with all of our accounts in one place without having many different apps open or logging into each site separately. I like that it is also able to pull from multiple sites at once for ease of data entry/updating as needed. The only thing we would really change about this program was if there were more fields available within some modules such as Fuel Tax Module where tax rates are not listed by state (ie New York).
